my comming back

Hi guys i know i have been away for a long time , months and months. I hope u havent forgotten, i was and i am still in recoving mode after a couple of surgeries of my back and rotator cuff, then i gota n infection in my stomach with i got a bacteria called Helicobacter pilory, which produced me a ulcera inside my stomach, it has been difficults time, i am trying to come back many times and then my illness makes me weak. COMPETITION
